The Master plan is the first step to give shape to a project, to organize it as you need concerning uses, functions, spaces.

Within the requirements and/or needs of the client, as designers we carry out two master plan proposals that have two main objectives:
· Solve customer needs.
· Offer and show new solutions that give added value to the project and turn it into a better, more attractive, more functional, more aesthetic, and, above all, more sustainable.

This project was a park with different uses. The requirements were to locate a house according to the best sunlight and directionality, a soccer field, swimming pool, flower beds, visitor parking, orchard.
